The aim of the reverse analysis of the customer management systems at PostFinance was eParticipation – i.e. the participation of customers in electronic services (eFinance, eCockpit, eTrading etc.). PostFinance wanted the effects of such innovative services and features on the level of abstraction of the enterprise architecture to be investigated and taken into account.
